Fundraiser Ideas 2026-2027

Don’t Forget our Largest Fundraiser each year is our Annual Booster Auction where team baskets and Fund-A-Sport donations can earn your team big bucks! Save the Date- March 20th, 2027 at CCAE.

Need Funds Sooner? Here are some quick ideas to implement during your season!

Restaurant Dine Outs-

An easy way to bring funds to your team is contacting our local restaurants and partnering with them for a dine out. Boosters will be happy to post your dine out on our instagram account. Please make sure to send us the instagram-friendly image to post at least 7 days prior to your event. You will also need to email the ABC treasurer (sphsabctreasurer@gmail.com) to discuss the transfer of funds (from the restaurants) into your sport's account. We suggest considering someone from our corporate sponsor list for your Dine-Out-

District-Approved Vendors for On-Campus Games

• PLEASE NOTE- Each vendor will require a new contract each year in order to be serving on campus.  Once your vendor has renewed their annual approval you MUST then receive Additional Approval from admin prior to hosting any on-campus food trucks/vendors. There are State mandated rules about food/nutrition that must be followed. This is a list of previously approved vendors-

Direct Ask via BetterUnite-

• Contact me directly if you would like to set up a direct-ask portal where donations go directly to your sport.  Donations are subject to credit card fees which will be deducted from your total proceeds.

Your Own Sport-A-Thon-

• Swim and Dive do an annual Swim-a-thon which raises funds each year. You can make any “A-thon” for your sport. Laps, Baskets, Hits, Goals etc. Donors commit a certain amount of money per “lap, basket, goal” and then you host a day where your team participates and coaches record what was achieved. Students then collect checks from donors. Can also offer a “flat donation”.

Youth Skills Camp-

• Hosting a camp for younger athletes allows your team to raise money and give back to the community! Additional approval with Admin and District would be required.

Alumni Game Fundraiser-

• Hosting an alumni game creates nostalgia and strong community turnout. Alumni games/meets work best when entry to the event is free, and donations are encouraged at the gate. With just a little pre-marketing what the cause is for, people will be happy to donate. Add in concessions, sell some team merchandise, and you have a really “fun” fundraiser. Perfect for the week of Homecoming or Thanksgiving! Turkey trot anyone…?

Holiday Gift Wrapping (great for Winter Sports!)

• Offering gift wrapping during the holiday season is a simple way to raise funds with minimal setup. It can be a large group in a mall for example, or a small group at school. Additional approval with Admin would be required if you wanted to host a wrapping event on campus.

• RaiseRight helps you raise money as you shop, dine, or travel to reduce the cost of school, sports, or activities. Christmas Wreath Fundraiser- 2 options

This fundraiser is best suited to fall teams who can sell during the season and deliver in the off-season. Can also be done by very organized Winter Teams who want to fundraise early.

Mickman Brothers for a more traditional in-person sales and delivery fundraiser.Great for door to door sales or teams who want to reach the local community in a personal way.
